On Sunday, April 28th, 2024, the Fresh Dairy Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) ball games continued in Luweero district at Ndejje SS.
The day was filled with intense matches as teams battled it out, displaying their skills and determination.
One standout team was Sacred Heart Secondary School from Gulu, who secured an impressive 12-0 victory against Benyiny S.S.
They continued their winning streak by defeating Teryet High Altitude SS from Kapchorwa with a commanding 5-0 scoreline. On the other hand, Benyiny S.S faced another defeat, losing 1-5 to Nyakasenyi SS.
Other notable performances included St. Noa Girls School, who secured a comprehensive 9-0 win against Maryhill High School from Mbarara.
Uganda Martyrs High School Lubaga also displayed their dominance, scoring eight goals against Shuuku Vocational School.
Kawempe Muslim showed their prowess with a dominant 7-0 victory over Kyeizooba Girls’ School.
Defending champions Amus College started strong with a 3-0 win against Nkoma SS, followed by a convincing 4-0 victory over Acaba SS.
They continued their winning streak, defeating Amazing Grace High School Luweero by 4-0.
However, hosts Ndejje SS faced a challenging encounter, suffering a devastating 0-9 loss against Bishop Comboni College Kambuga.
The competition promises more exciting matchups as day three approaches on Monday, April 29th, 2024.
